TATUUM'S ‘MAYA THE BEE’ COLLECTION RETURNS THIS SPRING

A new spring tradition: Maya the Bee x Tatuum. Following the success of its previous clothing collection inspired by the iconic character, the Polish textile company is launching a new product line in 2026 featuring T-shirts, jackets and accessories such as keychains, bags and brooches. The line is centred around the beloved bee and her world, tapping into the fascination and nostalgia that Maya evokes in the kidult audience.

 

Maya the Bee is one of DeAPlaneta Entertainment’s flagship properties. The company manages the IP rights in Iberia, Italy and Greece, as well as the consumer product rights in CEE. Besides DeAPlaneta Entertainment, Animaj serves as the brand's licensor in various territories.

 

Tatuum’s new Maya the Bee-inspired collection is available in stores and on the company's website. It is one of the highlights of the character’s 50th anniversary celebrations, which DeAPlaneta Entertainment has been holding over the past months. Highlights of the celebrations include the creation of a commemorative logo, the launch of a dedicated pop-up channel on Samsung TV Plus and Pluto TV, and the unveiling of a Maya figure at the Madrid Wax Museum. By doing this, the company celebrates this unique character, strengthening and expanding the brand across various platforms and formats and connecting audiences who grew up with Maya with those who are discovering her for the first time.
