Planeta Junior y DeAPlaneta, ambas empresas del Grupo Planeta / De Agostini, se integran bajo la marca DeAPlaneta Entertainment. Esta integración de ambas compañías obedece a una reorganización estratégica que tiene como objetivo consolidar su liderazgo en el segmento del entretenimiento, articular de una forma más eficiente su modelo de negocio y disponer de más agilidad para dar respuesta a las nuevas necesidades de un mercado global y omnicanal. Su actividad se desarrollará en tres grandes áreas: los contenidos de ficción, los contenidos para niños y familias y los productos interactivos.
