Planeta Junior et DeAPlaneta, deux entreprises du Grupo Planeta/De Agostini, intègrent la marque DeAPlaneta Entertainment. Cette intégration des deux sociétés obéit à une réorganisation stratégique qui a pour objectif de consolider leur leadership dans le segment du divertissement, d'articuler d'une manière plus efficace le modèle d'entreprise et de disposer de plus de souplesse pour répondre aux nouveaux besoins d'un marché mondial et omnicanal. Son activité sera axée sur trois grands domaines : les contenus de fiction, les contenus pour les enfants et les familles, et les produits interactifs.
